If you have read other posts on my blog, by now you probably know that I am pretty much obsessed with health and beauty! For me, it’s not just about just looking good, but also feeling good. I think when we feel healthy, looking good is just a consequence that comes with a lot of added benefits, like higher confidence.
One of my biggest passions in life is learning. I am very curious, and I am always trying to learn and research about topics that interest me. A couple of months ago while I was searching for natural skincare products on the an online store called The Detox Market, I stumbled upon a group of products by a brand called The Beauty Chef. To my surprise, in addition to skin products, they also have a line of supplements that are supposed to help your skin from the inside out. This really peaked my interest, so I decided to do a little research on the company. I found amazing reviews about it, so I decided to try some of their products.
I was looking for something to help me bring back some glow and hydration to my skin, and if possible, help with wrinkles, signs of aging, and also help with hair. Basically, I wanted everything! (haha)
On my first order, I purchased the Glow Powder, Inner Body Protein Powder, and the Collagen Inner Beauty Boost. I started seeing results in a few weeks! Here’s what I noticed:
- Eliminated sporadic breakouts ( FOR REALS!!!)
- Hydrated skin with less dry patches
- Improved skin texture
- Better digestion and less bloating
What I also love about the company is that it’s different from other products out there. It wants to solve the skin problems from within, not just put a patch on the problem. I love that the products have prebiotics, probiotics, and digestive enzymes! This post would become a book if I explained all of those in detail, but trust me they are good for you!
I am the type of person that when I like a product, I love talking about it and sharing it. This one I just HAVE TO! I am convinced that our skin is a reflection of our overall health, as well as what we eat. I have fallen in love with these products and will keep recommending them to everyone.
